Cancellation and Returns Policy - Kasa Collective
At Kasa Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy for refunds only (no exchanges). Please read the following guidelines and instructions to initiate a return:
1. Cancellations:
- Cancellations will only be accepted within two days of the receipt of the order. An order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:The item(s) must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for returns (see non-refundable item criteria below).
- To initiate a return for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@kasacollective.com.au to request a return authorisation. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Please include this RAN in the return package.
- Carefully package the item(s) with the original jewellery box and any accompanying accessories. Ensure the item(s) are securely protected to avoid damage during transit.
- Kasa Collective will provide instructions as to how to ship your package.
- Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a product is defective. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the return.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect the condition of the merchandise to verify eligibility for a refund.
- If the item(s) meet the return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
- Personalised or custom-made jewellery.
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
- Engraved and monogrammed products
- Gift cards
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@kasacollective.com.au. We will provide assistance and arrange for a replacement or refund on inspection and confirmation of the damage or defect, as applicable.
8. Refund timeframes:
- Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you confirmation email.
